Finding Light in Limitation: A Journey of Self-Discovery ✨🎨
This self-portrait emerged from a period of creative constraint and personal exploration. Working with dried felt-tip markers - tools that had reached their apparent "end" - I discovered new possibilities in limitation. The markers' fading ink created unexpected watercolor effects when combined with water, teaching me that what appears exhausted often holds hidden potential.
Part of my limited lines and colors series, Spirit Shine represents the beautiful paradox of self-acceptance: when we embrace our perceived limitations and "dried up" parts, we often find our most authentic light. The vibrant energy that emerges speaks to the fire that ignites when we stop fighting what we think we lack and start celebrating what we actually contain.
